1. Project process description
1. The waste residue discharged from the drum pulper falls into the belt conveyor
(1) The belt of the belt conveyor is designed as a perforated water filter belt, and the filtered water falls into the water collection trough under the belt and is discharged from the drain;
(2) The upper end of the belt conveyor is equipped with a roller-type iron remover, and the speed is adjusted to remove part of the metal.
2. The dehydrated slag material enters the vortex separator
(1) The vibration tank of the vortex separator disperses the slag evenly;
(2) The roller removes iron again to remove the magnetic metal;
(3) The alternating magnetic field of the eddy current roller and the skirt conveyor belt strongly separate the non-magnetic metals and throw them into the collection tank.
3. The slag after metal separation is sent to the crusher
The double-shaft disc cutter of the crusher crushes the slag material to a suitable size.
4. The crushed slag material is sent to the IP slag crusher
(1) The IP slag crusher rotates eccentrically to strongly crush the slag;
(2) The tank body of the IP slag crusher is of eccentric design, the double cone forms a double eddy current, and the impeller is a special impeller for waste slag disintegration, high turbulence, and anti-winding;
(3) Under the action of centrifugal force, the metal and heavy impurities are thrown to the slag collecting tank, and the metal is separated again.
5. According to the different densities of the slag material, PE plastic floats up, and the powerful pump dissolves it and pumps it into the cylindrical slag washing machine
The high-pressure backflushing water of the cylindrical slag washing machine will wash and clean the plastic, and the attached fibers will be washed and then fall into the sump through the mesh.PE plastic can increase the added value and discharge after reaching the granulation standard.
6. The mixed slag pump is sent to the gravity screw thickener through the sieve plate
The gravity screw thickener pre-dehydrates the mixed slag to make the concentration reach10% or more.
7. The mixed residue after pre-dehydration is sent to the press screw thickener
(1) The squeezing screw thickener with variable diameter screw shaft deeply dewaters the mixed slag to make the concentration reach more than 35%;
(2) The specially designed universal pressure plate does not slip, rotate or block;
(3) The corrugated hole sieve drum is not blocked.
8. The mixed slag after deep dehydration is sent to the high-concentration kneading machine
(1) The first half of the high-consistency kneading machine is designed with a spiral and powerful feeding;
(2) The specially designed movable knife of the high-concentration kneading machine and the fixed knife on the cylinder wall crush, roll, and knead each other to knead the mixed slag into a slurry;
(3) The mixed slag after the slurry is sent to the concentration adjustment tank for dilution, and the concentration is adjusted to be less than 2%.
9. The diluted mixed residue is sent to the coarse residue screen
(1) The coarse slag screen optimized by Guoxin has one input and four output, which can clean, dissolve and screen fibers and impurities;
(2) The mixed slag that enters the coarse slag screen is acted by the bottom disc rotor, and the fine slurry passing through the bottom sieve enters the good slurry chamber, and is discharged from the bottom fine slurry outlet as raw materials for papermaking;
(3) Sediment and other particulate impurities are discharged from the heavy slag port;
(4) The untreated slag is sent from the vertical rotor, the bars in the sieve drum are decomposed for the second time, and the coarse slurry that passes through the screen holes is discharged from the coarse slurry port and used as raw material for papermaking;
(5) The washed and clean light plastic sheet is discharged from the light slag port and used as the raw material for plastic regeneration.
