Provided is a new clip side pressure concentrator, which can improve the filtration efficiency of the sewage in the slurry, reduce the wear of the equipment, and increase the output and slurry concentration.

As shown in Figure 1, a net cage is installed in the middle of the right side of the frame of the side pressure concentrator, and a slurry tank is installed outside the cage. A sewage tank is installed at the bottom of the cage, and the sewage tank is fixedly installed at the bottom of the rack. A filter screen is installed on the outer side of the cage, and a slurry inlet pipe is arranged on the top of the slurry tank. The filter screen is matched with the outer side of the cage by a rubber roller. The slurry can be injected into the slurry tank through the slurry inlet pipe. After the slurry is sprayed on the cage, it is squeezed by the filter and squeezed in the middle, so that part of the sewage in the slurry enters the cage and is discharged, and part of it flows into the raw pulp through the filter The slot is discharged. The slurry is clamped by a net cage and a filter to run on the rubber roller to squeeze out the sewage. The slurry filtered most of the water sticks to the filter and is scraped off by the scraper and dropped into the slurry tank.

The filter screen passes through the No. 1 guide roller, No. 2 guide roller, corrector and tensioner, the No. 1 guide roller and No. 2 guide roller are fixedly installed on the top of the frame, and the corrector is fixed on the cross beam The cross beam is fixedly installed in the middle of the rack, and the net tensioner is fixedly installed at the bottom of the rack. The filtering efficiency of the slurry can be improved by adding filtering screens, and the filtering efficiency of multiple filtering screens is improved through multiple filtering channels.

The corrector can correct the running path of the filter to prevent its deviation. The tightness of the filter can be adjusted by the screen tensioner. A screen roller is installed on the beam behind the corrector. The screen guide roller can guide the filter screen.

A rubber roller pressing rod is installed on the rubber roller. The rubber roller pressing rod adopts a link mechanism to adjust the distance between the rubber roller and the cage. The gap between the filter and the cage can be further adjusted by the rubber roller pressure lever.

Beneficial effect: the slurry is clamped between the filter screen and the cage, so that it will not leak into the sewage, and the slurry yield is high. The direction of slurry water filtration is changed from one direction to two directions, and the speed of water filtration is doubled, which can increase the rotation speed of the cage, increase production and reduce power consumption. The outside of the filter can be washed with water spray pipes to increase the use time and reduce the consumption of mesh cloth.
